An AI agent that works
for your event.

From before departure to after the event. One link for attendees. One screen for organizers.

An AI agent that works

It doesn’t just answer.
It checks, discloses and connects.

CENTRAS NS is not an information website that makes you dig through menus. It finds approved event materials and answers with sources. When it doesn’t know, it says so. When a person is needed, it calls one.

  • Honest groundingEvery answer cites approved event materials as its source. If something isn’t in the materials, it says “I’m not sure” and asks the person in charge to confirm.Evidence: citations raise trust when they reflect real evidence, and expressing uncertainty reduces overreliance (AAAI 2025 · FAccT 2024).
  • Instant human handoffEmergencies and sensitive matters go straight to on-duty staff, and the attendee can see the status of the handoff.Evidence: 84% of 48,340 people in 47 countries say they would trust AI more if people could correct its output (“somewhat agree” or above; University of Melbourne & KPMG, 2025).
  • AI disclosureThe first screen tells attendees that AI is responding, and what its answers are based on: approved event materials.Korea’s AI Basic Act (Framework Act on the Development of Artificial Intelligence and the Establishment of a Foundation for Trust), in force from January 22, 2026
  • Visible work processIt leaves a brief note of what it checked, so organizers can review its responses later.

Attendee profiling

What it hears once,
it doesn’t forget.

It links scattered questions, issue reports and survey records to each person, and puts the preferences AI finds to work in preference-aware assignment suggestions and responses. When the same people return, their records carry across editions. When attendees come only once, each edition’s patterns set the baseline for the next assignment.

  1. ConnectLinks questions, issue reports, surveys and on-site notes to each attendee
  2. ReadExtracts likes and dislikes from conversations, with sources (based on CENTRAS AI’s patented sentiment-language inference)
  3. SuggestProposes rooms, roommates and seats, and flags conflicts in advance
  4. ConfirmStaff review and confirm; attendees can always ask for an explanation or request a change

Consent-based profiles: used only to run the event, within the scope of consent. Health-related information requires separate consent, and attendees can view and delete their own data. Assignments are suggested by AI and confirmed by people: no fully automated decisions (Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act, Article 37-2).
