Do attendees need to install an app?
No. Attendees open it in their phone’s browser from a single link sent by text message.
How much does it cost?
There’s no build cost. It’s rented per event edition, with pricing agreed on the event’s size and scope.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
It answers only within approved event materials. If something isn’t covered, it says it isn’t sure and hands off to the person in charge. Answer materials are reviewed by expert planners and approved by the client organization.
Does the AI decide rooms or seats?
No. The AI suggests assignments that reflect preferences, with conflict warnings. Staff confirm them.
How is personal information handled?
Only required and consented items are collected, and attendee profiles are used only for operations, within the scope of consent. Health-related information requires separate consent. Data belongs to the client organization, and when the engagement ends it is returned or destroyed under the organization’s guidelines.
Can international attendees use it?
Yes. They can ask in any of 60+ languages and get answers in the same language.
